She's absolutely gorgeous! What a beautiful girlie. . How has her volume been?

But so far, exactly what I expected, if not a little quieter. Her go-to loud noises are “dinosaur” and “seagull of your nightmare” but those only seem to be in the morning to let me know she’s awake and I am late (per her clock).

Isn’t it gorgeous? She and I were playing earlier and she did the whole “big eagle” thing while dancing. She absolutely stuns me.

Ooh I love when birbs do that. I saw a video of an Amazon who could "be an eagle!" On command and it was magnificent.

I’m hoping to get her doing it on command - I’ve been keeping treats in my pocket (peanuts don’t wash well, btw) to try and reward her every time she does it.

Almonds, walnuts, pecans are all definitely good. Pistachios seem to depend on the day. Brazil nuts are a no.

I just mentioned peanuts because I just cleaned out some nasty goop from pockets on my just-washed jeans.

And she’s officially moved into the bird room and into her “grownup” cage. I’m still working out the design of the interior - it’s so open in the middle I can’t figure out what to do And she’s got more toys on order, so she’ll be set to go in a little bit here

I thought the same! My Greenie was hard enough on hers the way she'd pull and ping the bars was awful and it's a sturdy HQ.

I worry for the welds on the cage honestly in all seriousness.

I've experienced first hand the strength of a Toos beak. I was bitten on my wrist by an M2 he grabbed and squeezed and I heard something pop and it was bruised for weeks. So having had a flight cage for 16 years now I can't imagine it could withstand a determined Too.
What cage was she in beforehand if you don't mind me asking.
